Purchasing a Thermo-mix

Is Purchasing a Thermomix Worth It?

While the thermo-mix is undeniably one of the most handy kitchen gadgets on the planet, there are a few drawbacks to owning one. The thermo-mix, as discussed in previous postings, can prepare a wide range of dishes, including Indian curries and airy desserts.

The thermo-mix, on the other hand, does not cook or bake. However, if your dish requires either of those two items, you may require additional equipment.

Third, the thermo-mix takes some getting used to. It can be a beneficial source in the long run for making cooking easier; but, if you are a first-time user, you will need to practice and gain expertise with the tool before getting completely comfortable with it. This means that if you are a traditional cook, you may need to modify your recipes and methods in the kitchen.

Finally, even though you are saving up money in the long run because of its multi-functional features, the extras and other services/repairs you may need to provide for your thermo-mix are quite expensive. The average cost of a thermo-mix can go up to $2,000, so needing to pay additional charges for extra services may become too pricey for many!
